10th AMVCA: Beauty brags as she emerges Best Dressed for second year in row

Beauty Tukura, a Big Brother Naija reality star, celebrated her win at the 10th edition of the Africa Magic Viewers’ Choice Awards, AMVCA, which took place yesterday at the Eko Hotel and Suites in Lagos.

The former Miss Nigeria, who won the Best Dressed Female Award for the second straight year, boasted that she would continue to win the category “until further notice.”

Beauty shared a photo of herself holding her prize on Instagram, captioned “Still Best Dressed 2023/2024… until further notice #AMVCA10.” Venita Akpofure, a Big Brother Naija reality star, earned the Best Dressed Female award for the second year in a row during the 10th AMVCA Cultural Day and Opening Night celebration on Friday.

Meanwhile, it was reported that ‘Breath of Life’ was the biggest winner at the 10th AMVCA, scooping six awards, including Best Movie, Best Director (BB Sasore), Best Lead Actor (Wale Ojo), Best Supporting Actor (Ademola Adedoyin), Best Supporting Actress (Genoveva Umeh), and Trailblazer (Chimezie Imo).

Surprisingly, Funke Akindele’s record-breaking film, ‘A Tribe Called Judah’ was snubbed.

‘A Tribe Called Judah’ lost all five nominations despite becoming the first Nigerian movie to gross over N1 billion in cinemas last December
